It’s convenient in a place where you’re so busy you have to take your coffee or tea on the go, but it compromises your health, not something to eat too often. Bottomline is, Your health your choice.

Nobody in a Serious country has enough time in the day to prepare such a meal. And in countries where even millionares cannot afford to hire a househelp, a dish like this is a once a week treat strictly out of being Time poor.
The rest of the week you eat what is available and in most cases that consists of junk food or processed shyte.
