The Most Reverend Sarah Dame Mullally will formally be installed as the Archbishop of Canterbury and the Leader of the Anglican Community Worldwide.
Stand by for the outrage , protest and misplaced opposition of the Church “faithful” who will come out to oppose this Servant of the Lord.
And the ridiculous position ..
A woman can be a Church Elder , a leader of a congregation or a Reverend Minister in a Church ..
But she cannot be a leader of the Anglican Church.
In all fairness ..
It needs to be said that I have a personal interest in this argument.

But I have yet to hear a credible argument of any kind , that a Woman is incapable of being a spiritual leader.
I keep saying here ..

Don’t get personal. The woman might be yours (if you are lucky), but the religion isn’t. Ni vitu za kuletewa

They’ll just point to some bible verses to justify their misogyny and sexism. Unfortunately, the bible has plenty of those on offer. But itabidi wamezoea if they still want financial support from the mother church.
Millennials and Gen z are less religious than the older generations which has led to a marked fall in church attendance consequently affecting collections. Ukiongezea the new age churches poaching their congregants as well plus feminism then the ‘opposers’ don’t have a lot of cards to play.

God’s Word is the same Yesterday, Today and Forever. If He said a woman cannot preach before men, or hold certain titles in church leadership, those commandments must be obeyed. This is a clear illustration that the Anglican church is in apostasy. They have disregarded God and His teachings at the altar of wokeism.
Spiritually, men and women are equal in God’s eyes, Galatians 3:28, yet the two genders each possess distinct, God-designed identities. There’s nowhere you will find in the early, apostolic church where women held bishop positions. The reason being that Eve was deceived not Adam.
1 Timothy 2:11. A woman should learn in quietness and full submission. 12 I do not permit a woman to teach or to assume authority over a man; she must be quiet. 13 For Adam was formed first, then Eve. 14 And Adam was not the one deceived; it was the woman who was deceived and became a sinner. 15 But women will be saved through childbearing—if they continue in faith, love and holiness with propriety.
Titus 2:3-5. 3 Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good. 4 Then they can urge the younger women to love their husbands and children, 5 to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God.

Back in the day one famous one “recruited” one of our Medical Classmates and “converted” him into a “lay preacher” ..
He ended up “laying” one of the congregation and getting engaged to marry her.
Senior “Mchungaji” swiftly stepped in , “laid” the betrothed lady and coverted her into his “Mistress-in-Christ” …
Wallowing in disbelif and dispair , the hapless evangelist took to serious drinking which led to him being “excommunicated” and thrown out of the Church Congregation altogether.
I understand he later passed on fter a Motor acciden while driving drunk ..
Sad ending ..!!
