In my country Kenya, legal advice can be procured at no cost if the potential settlement seems significant. While in the US or UK, you can be charged up to $3,000 a day for a good lawyer, my case is of the ‘open and shut’ variety as the owner of a private business used state resources to harm me, a vital component of my business.
So the lawsuit is business vs business, not person vs person.
Although the main point is media exposure.
