Its possible because kitambo tukienda dala my grandmother used to make for us peanut sauce that we used to eat with rabuon (sweet potato).The process of making the peanut sauce starts with dryfrying the peanuts then removing the cover then placing them in a wooden container called 'panty’.Inside my panty we pound my nuts using one end of a thick heavy wooden rod.As the pounding continues my nuts transform into a thick oily runny paste exactly like @uwesmake 's butt This paste is then transferred to a sufuria and milk and other ingredients are added to make nut sauce.These days there is a mchine than now grinds my nuts into even finer paste compared to the traditional ‘panty’ that I wear

small scale don’t use preservatives. Ndio maana they avoid selling in supermarkets or getting kebs certification.

Best peanut butter I have ever tasted was in Gulu, Northern Uganda. Made from roasted peanuts (dry fried) mixed with sim sim, pounded then grounded on stone. If you cover it in a jar properly it’ll still be good for over six months and still be runny.
