Best peanut butter I have ever tasted was in Gulu, Northern Uganda. Made from roasted peanuts (dry fried) mixed with sim sim, pounded then grounded on stone. If you cover it in a jar properly it’ll still be good for over six months and still be runny.

That was peasim butter, not peanut butter.
