I’m watching Morning Express on KTN and Hassan Omar just said that ODM’s shot at the presidency in the next general elections will be a walkover since Uhuru’s government is currently “on the down low”.

Is that grammatically correct, ama ni athari ya sheng? (Serikali ya Uhuru iko down)
