@FieldMarshal CouchP is way older. Plus he has excess HOYA certificates
This piece reminds me of a lawyer named Andre-Francois Raffray, who, in 1965 at the age of 47, offered to buy the apartment of Jeanne Louise Calment, then aged 90. In the sale arrangement, Jeanne Louise would receive 2500 Francs per month while still living in the apartment. This payment would continue until her death, at which moment the apartment would pass on to Andre-Francois . In this case, however, Andre-Francois seems to have bet on the wrong horse. Andre-Francois died in 1995, aged 77, after having paid more than twice the apartment’s value. And Jeanne Louise was not done with Andre-Francois yet, Andre’s widow would continue paying the premiums for two more years before Jeanne Louise finally took the bow in 1997 at age 122. Seems like a case of winning a lottery, in reverse.
Huyo aliji siex!
