Lightweight masterrace checking in.
BMI is for general use but its not a comprehensive indicator of physical health. For example someone with a lot of muscle like a heavyweight boxer or rugby player would be considered overweight/obese, yet his bodyfat percentage, heart rate, lung capacity, blood pressure and athletic ability haven’t been taken into account.
That’s where my confusion comes from. I work out 3 times a week, same to my few gym friends who are almost my height but weigh more than me yet they look fit.
You are within the healthy bracket
Angalia body fat percentage using a pair of body calipers. Kama iko high jua uko obese. Kama iko low jua uko fit.

When is the last time ulifanya cardio ??? The average bonobo/gym rat avoids the cardio section like a plague. I have seen many gym rats that can’t run one kilometer to save their life.
Hahaha they need to join the 91kg Enigma who runs 16.8kms every two days.
