The North Korea metro will cost less than half the cost of SGR, and futuristic stations and electric trains, not refurbished wagons of a bygone era.
The new suburbs in N. Korea are well-planned and smart, while we are building the sort of buildings they built after World War two in Europe. This became known as inner cities and havens for crime, most have been demolished because they are unsightly and cause the value of properties and land around them to depreciate.

North Korea is a homogenous society, Kenya is not. Turns out that when people feel that their contributions will benefit those who share the same genetic and cultural attributes, greed decreases and altruism goes up. It has nothing to do with perceived intelligence. The construction of the Tower of Babel started out as a successful homogenous endeavor until God struck them with tribal diversity. The entire project collapsed.

We had a glimpse of North Korea when Putin visited the country. The video showed a very clean N. Korea. Hizi story za GDP do not make sense juu N.K is sanctioned so exports na imports ni minimum na hakuna dollar inatumika kutrack economic activity.
