Calculator? Really?
What kind of mathematical background should one possess, so that they will need a calculator to solve this problem? I believe that the only people who cannot do these operations in their heads have no idea of what the math is all about. If you had any problems with that, you’ve got to start learning the math in order to calculate the change that you are given in the stores.

Alright, so figuring out teaspoons to ounces is actually pretty straightforward once you know the ratio. One teaspoon equals about 0.1667 ounces—yeah, kind of a weird number. I usually just multiply the number of teaspoons by that if I’m doing it by hand. Like, say I’ve got 3 teaspoons; I’d do 3 times 0.1667, which gives me roughly 0.5 ounces.
