Nca has a bad customer service. You apply something it take ages, service number not picked. I think they should fire the whole office guys. Or wapewe performance contract.

From my experience, only Huduma centers and KENHA have a semblance of customer service among govt agencies. They don’t even reply to emails. One has a no existing email, I sent an email and got a delivery report
I tried the NTSA hotline juzi after unsuccessful attempts a few weeks ago. I was sorted pap by a helpful gent. Kenya Kwanza is working

Then final follow up na email.
