He’s a serpent which knows its way in the forest. He wears a fool’s face and he’s not fussy about people thinking he’s in fact a fool. See how he manages to insult even this same man speaking, (remember the “kateni miti” remark?), but he retains his plum perch at COTU. Obviously, he knows the meaning of “kuuma na kupuliza”, otherwise he wouldn’t have survived so long.
