My neighbour's wife

Huyu “little known IT expert” is my neighbor and hes not as poor as the article implies. This must have been karma at work cos dude snatched some hot yellow from me then dumped her when Lesuuda appeared in the picture. Mind you other lady is way hotter than Lesuuda. Anyway the article doesn’t mention it but he actually went ahead and married the senator

Senator Naisula Lesuuda, and Senator Onesimus Kipchumba Murkomen .

Senator Naisula Lesuuda, the ‘yellow-yellow’ beauty siren with silky hair, full African figure, soft hands, eyes and teeth that glow in the dark and a laugh that rings across the room – became Kenya’s youngest Senator in 2013, nominated to represent marginalised communities.

Then she met Senator Onesmus Kipchumba Murkomen, the fire-spitting lawyer turned politician representing the marginalised Egeyo Marakwet. And he fell hopelessly in love, according to documents and photos romantically linking the married Murkomen and Lesuuda, the daughter of the ACK Bishop of Maralal.

So smitten is Murkomen with the 33 year old former TV girl that he confesses his feelings for her in an email in our possession, gushing: “I fell in love with you, I don’t know how, I don’t know where but I did.”

In a WhatsApp chat, he tells Lesuuda he wishes he had met her earlier because she is his ‘match’. “And you just love someone for who and what they are and not just for laying. I love you just like that. Even of (sic) nothing happens I won’t complain as long as I have you,” coos the former varsity lecturer who is under ‘sieke’ from former Inspector General of Police David Kimaiyo who wants to replace him in the Senate.

Lesuuda, the pretty party girl who in her days as a KBC broadcaster would sip her Smirnoff Ice and dance on the table, sends Murkomen crazy, especially when she giggles.

“Your company and presence means a lot to me than anything else and your giggles and you telling me ‘hajana nayo…” reads part of a chat sent while she is preparing to board a plane. She responds, “Leaving in few babes, don’t go away yet…”, the ‘babes’ a term of endearment women use to address the men they love.

One of the undated photos in our possession captures the two senators on the live chat application, Facetime. Murkomen is bare chest while Lesuuda only shows her face. Both of them are in bed. His name on her phone is saved as “Lemaiyan”, perhaps to hide his real identity, but the accompanying picture is that of the senator.

According to our investigations, at the time the two senators were exchanging these lovey-dovey chats, Lesuuda was living with her longtime boyfriend, a little known IT expert.

Theirs appears to be the typical office romance, playful and naughty, and aided in no small measure by the privileges of parliament and the travel opportunities that come with the job.

Take a conversation dated October 19, 2015 in which Lesuuda sends Murkomen a message alerting him about a trip to China, to which he responds: “Kuna ukora nataka tufanye (I want us to get involved in some mischief)”

To which Lesuuda responded: “Enhee I’m all ears…I hope ni kutengeneza mali (I hope we will make money).” Murkomen responds, saying they would organize bunge (parliament) allowance under devolution committee.

According to our sources, Lesuuda has been living the high life since she got involved with Murkomen. It seems they travel together a lot as The Nairobian also got hold of two of their boarding passes to Amsterdam dating back to November 18, 2016. They boarded the plane at the same time, gate and sat next to each other.

The daughter of an Anglican bishop and a businesswoman, the Daystar University graduate is the first born of three children. She grew up in Limuru, Nakuru and Samburu. The Vice-Chairlady of the Kenyan Women’s Parliamentary Association, previously worked as a journalist for the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC) as a news anchor, reporter and host of Good Morning Kenya.

In 2014 she was rumoured to have a fling with Deputy President William Ruto as she was chosen as part of the delegation that accompanied him in the hustler’s jet to Gabon, Nigeria, Central Africa and Ghana. She denied those rumours vehemently.

Kipchumba Murkomen, on the other hand, was born in 1979 to a squatter in a village in Embobut forest. The lawyer by professio is married to his campus sweetheart Gladys Wanjiru Kipchumba. The couple has three children.

On March 12, Gladys sent her husband birthday wishes, which he shared it on his wall: “Happy birthday sweetheart, Onesimus Kipchumba Murkomen. As you turn a year older we pray that God favours you with a long and fulfilled life that you may achieve all God intended for you for His own Glory… We love you! Enjoy.”

Lunch time salon is officially open, I’m having a pedicure.

Yea hubby is my neighbour.

The article got it wrong on Lesuuda being the youngest senator, nominated or otherwise. That title goes to Daisy Kanaiza (not sure of second name) of Kakamega County. Should be around 26 now.
