The Holocaust and Auschwitz was a test of faith to the Jews. God is like that sometimes, he will place hurdles in our lives to gauge our faith in him and just like Job we are expected to stay strong in our belief so we can overcome them. God knows everything, he is omniscien, he can see our hearts and hear our thoughts, but God is an empiricist. This man failed and then blasphemed against God.
