Can some please explain who is who in this industry in regards to music royalties.
I have adverts from MCSK,PRISK and KAMP. What do all these group do and who do they represent? They all claim to be products of the constitution and laws of Kenya…
And they all demand payments from anyone playing music in public places,radio and tv stations etc…

they are among the few licenced thieves.
the funny thing is that they can all take you to court on those offences you mentioned
