I came across a comment on on Facebook and it jolted me from my emotional sense. This comment though unsettling makes some valid argument that you cannot ignore. What do you guys think about it? Can Mugo actually come out a millionaire from this circus? Did citizen tv rush to air a story for ratings without foresight. Im of the opinion that citizen tv might get themseleves in deep shit if the ladies who were violated do not lodge complaints and some incriminating evidence like DNA and Semen is gathered. Apparently, that video cannot hold in court since its source cannot be substantiated and in this error of video editing who kows. As much as I would like the bugger to go hang, the law as tehy say is an ass and he might as well get a loophole to avoid jailterm. Additionally, in crimainal law, the burden of proof is on the plaintiff and it requires a big threshold to indict someone.
Those purporting to have been raped by Mugo only qualify to be described as jokers in law.
They never bothered to obtain any Medical-Legal Report from an Independent Medical Doctor ascertaining Rape.
That would have to be followed by DNA Tests between the ladies and Mugo himself - obviously superintended by the Police through a Court Order.

The Video as aired on Tv where Mugo’s face was seen has no basis in law. The AUTHENTICITY of the Video is itself questionable.
Its source CAN NOT be substantiated.
Am not saying Mugo did not rape, but there is a huge difference between noise on the Media and Law.
On this final end about Mugo, i wish to ask S.K. Macharia to prepare about 50 Million Kenya Shillings to pay Mugo before it is too late.
The other thing I wondered is how ethical it is for a journalist to be aware a crime is about to be committed n just tape it when they could have prevented the rape.
What if they were taping something like murder? Would that be acceptable?
Citizen TV should have taken a more professional approach like a PI! Get several clips,interview victims… Take their time…I bet with such the ratings would have been higher if the end game was just ratings…
Clearly you havent followed the story…thez a guy who taped the incident hez an employ and he did so after various complains and suspicious acts by the Dr. ie kujifungia na kuchuja assistants during some sessions with certain clients!
we raised that question here, that video in itself is not enough. The questions on ethics is a tough one, use speed guns on roads so as to fine guys overspeeding or forcing everyone to have speed governors to ensure they don’t ever overspeed
why not take a cop to the scene and arrest mugo soon as he burst a nut.
