Maybe sue the hospital if standard operating procedures were not used because no metallic object is supposed to go near an MRI machine.
Infact one of contraindications of having an MRI done is if you have a metallic implant. Some implant manufacturers now make MRI safe devices like hearing aids, cochlear implants etc.
In this case someone messed up at the facility. The MRI machine manufacturer isn’t liable

The manufacturer wasn’t found liable. The hospital was the one at fault regarding room measurements among other things.
