Actually you need to know that of late solid state memory has become so cheap that is why phones with very big memory are now available at quite affordable prices. In computer memory currently SSDs prices have reduced quite alot. Just last year Samsungs 500gb SSD 2.5" was above 15k but the price has reduced to almost 7k 16gb memory cards are being sold at 250/= (not fake ones )
