So nowadays a “successful man” cannot offer a young girl or perhaps any woman for that matter a job/position without asking for sexual favors in return…alafu after that the same guy will still want sexual favors in order for the girl to keep the job(it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure this out)
Waaah Kenya taifa letu. If God has blessed you with a good position in a reputable company/organization did you know that it is actually possible to help the youth without asking for favors in return.Did you?
Most of these guys aren’t even interested in the CV/resume/cover letters that you struggled to write :D:Dno, no they are interested in other things and yet some people keep blaming the youth when they go astray.

It goes both ways, kuna wale innocent victims but ladies pia wamejua kuatafuta siku hizi. Unaona from mavazi hadi wakiflirt na any who is who hapo kazini maze hadi ma new employees na interns wanakuja na moto sana. Kuna kamoja karembo sana kalikuwa newly employed Jan lakini kamejipeana kwa Plant manager, production manager, plant controller e.t.c, infact kwa meetings na reviews anashinda akichemsha but unaskia ati she is new she is catching up but the rest ni kulishwa msomo.
Sadly hii tabia ilianza na the same young girls

20 years down the line niccer is self made,own cars,own house, single & not searching
plus he has all the connections political,orgs u name it.

HR is a ladies dominated profession…Meaning chances of meeting a man in the profession are slim.Personally in all the interviews I have attended,apart from the department ones,the rest I have always dealt with women.
Where is this that you find men who has such balls to ask for such favours without the rest of the HR team knowing.Do they run the entire department on their own.I have never understood this bit.
