what damage can parked cars have on third parties? what is more likely is the premise (the building itself) was covered against fire and may be terrorism attacks. the vehicles must have been insured against theft (if the owner did not insure his car business against fire he’ll count losses).
proving whether it was an arson is very difficult. Investigators will be bribed to say fire was caused by something like electricity
