the size of the plot is 50*100, now what would u consider in maximizing the space but still have a simple but stylish Home; would u consider a maisonette or a bungalow, what are issues to care for, is there any marginal difference in cost on either of the styles
All am asking is…if I build a 6 bedroom maisonette and a 6 bedroom bungalow (both houses to be of the same square footage and assuming same topography)…what’s the difference in cost? Is the cost difference worth it?

Assuming all other aspects are constant - The cost is roughly the same in my opinion. However the Bungalow will waste ground space going horizontally. The slab allows you more compound outside.
