This is one of the hallmarks of a wasteful government. This flyover was unnecessary to begin with. Nilikuwa napenda kwenda huko early 2000s until some drunk ghaseer in our group slipped on one of the rocks akaendea na maji in 2005. I was traumatized nikawaacha kwenda huko. No. By dynasty you probably mean rich which is not the case. The school looks good but the fee you pay is not expensive. Just normal rates.
