Kitisuru is well know as a place of lavish lifestyle and extreme wealth, people of at most influence, big business men(like me) and A list politicians(thieves) calls the beatiful suburban home.

Real estate developers Zana International, contracted one of Kenya’s most renowned architects in Kenya Mehraz Ehsani, and what came of it was an amazing house in Magnolia Hills in Kitisuru.
It has a gym, six bedrooms (all en-suite), extensive balconies, an inside and an outside Jaccuzzi, 2 separate kitchen, a garage for 3 vehicles, the house can accommodate 250 guests, it also has one of my favorite rooms, a wet bar.
The mansion asking price is a shocking 600 millions Kenyan shilling.
Three years after the house was introduced in the market is yet to find its rightful owner.
