Find Real Me Limited also provides a platform for the public to report criminal or abusive domestic workers with a purpose of endorsing collective responsibility towards maintaining security in household.
1.To access information of a house help,the employer pays sh 700.
2. To run reference database check is sh 300
3.Identity authentication is sh 1500, a copy of help’s national id with the left thumb ink stamp.
4.Drafting domestic worker employment contract is sh 4000( legal team to draft the contract in line with employment act)

All this takes a week…
