Their voices are scratchy. Not sweet and melodic. They are very noisy birds. But sijui if killing them all is the best solution.
I just read there were no crows( or few) in Kenya before 1947. That’s when they came from India.
It says they are indigenous to the Indian sub continent and were introduced to Zanzibar first in 1891 by a diplomat to clean up waste.
No it doesn’t. Those are house crows. Cape crows are native to Africa. House crows are in Zanzibar
That and giant bugs… plus those things are intelligent… if they keep finding food in your compound they bring you ‘gifts’ utashinda umepata buttons and shiney stuff dropped at your place… If you hurt one of them they never forget you…
