I dont understand the question, if I am doing fine I should not complain? The roads are bad, our taxes are stolen everyday, a ‘president’ who should be setting an example to the youth has appeared in public adresses visibly drunk, if I want to walk in peace in town I must remove all my jewellery and not carry my phone or wallet. I mean I can write a whole book about what is wrong with our country, my doing fine or being from GEMA community does not exempt me from speaking out against UK saying he can do nothing about corruption when his own sister has eaten 5billion tax payer money that could have done ALOT for public hospitals. Yes I was born in a private hospital and have never set foot in a public hospital but I know one thing even the late Gakuru when he had an accident was taken to a public hospital,am sure by any standard he was doing fine and never imagined he may land in those bad public hospitals with no equipment,no drugs and no personel. Frankly this is a very shallow comment which I would not expect from someone like you. As you and I are doing fine. There are a good 14 Million and increasing daily youths with no way to make a livelihood. And its all because of poor governance and corruption. You see you are completely unable to defend the excesses of this ‘govt’ so you are now appealing to my sense of tribal loyalty and classism. Before I am in a certain socio economic class,gender or even tribe, I am a Christian who believes in justice and who is against oppression of the poor. I can not just sit back and look the other way ati bcz am ‘doing well’ as the nation is pllundered to death,if nothing else I can raise my voice against it,I can voice my displeasure bcz evil can only prosper when good men say nothing. And mm sio Kikuyu fyi. Am from the other side of the slopes. I still will never support this draconian ‘govt’ and the bandits mugging Kenyans of billions every day that are posing as ‘leaders’.
