My nephew,then aged about 4 years or thereabouts,on going through photo albums,was consternated to discover that he didn’t in appear in some photographs.Amid tears and in a tantrum, he asked “Where was I,where was I?!” The obvious answer my sister and his siblings told him was that he wasn’t yet born,but this answer didn’t console him…Now I throw the same question at the village.Do we exist before we are born?
