Hivi karibuni utaskia unahitaji broadcasting license kutoka Communications Authority of Kenya kupost vitu on Twitter since it is technically broadcasting.
It must be tough for KFCB staff to sit down will those sticks up their butts. They only have two options: ban or slap license fees.

Why are you guys complaining? Go change the law. Simple.
YouTube is a social media platform for videos. KFCB is implying that even if i record video with my phone and post it on facebook or twitter for the public to view, I am supposed to apply and pay for license?
