Kenyans' houses compared to southern Africa

Iko twitter

Ndii had posted it some time back, so I have googled. Just google

the area around arusha and north eastern tanznia boasts the worst roofed houses in the world.

Rink tafadhali so we can learn

Msee ako na land ,a good house , a wife + akid , duthi , 4 hens + Cockerel and a plot is held with high regards huku rural areas compared to a filthy rich mgtow senior bachelor who resides at Nairobi but occasionally travels upcountry to abuse village folks

Naonanga zile apartments za Pipelines venye ziko congested and I wonder just how air circulation is.

Kenyans don’t give architects artistic impressions to put into design. Zamani people used to use draftsmen for such. Unamuambia architect tu nidesignie a big 6 bedroom house with 5 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. So what does the architect do? He alters or copies his last design and rushias you. True story. I have a friend who built a house in Kiambu big and expensive. I have visited severally and familiar with the layout . A few months ago I was browsing houses and saw one exact design for sale. I honestly thought my friend was selling and had to call him to inquire. Question is, whose built first?

Most Kenyans focus on the roof as if they’ll live on it. That macho style and brightly colored roofing sheets are purely for show off. Nobody uses the extra space for sleeping lofts or storage. A flat roof would work just fine in most of Kenya.
