As a result of promoting mediocrity in our high offices, the end result is massive corruption and theft of resources. Rather than try and improve systems to work for all, employees both in government and private sector are always scheming on how to beat the system and line up their pockets with illicit money.

Accountants story zao hunichosha. Masters at reaping where they don’t sow. Marketers na salesmen wanang’ang’ana to push what guys at production have produced only for the charlatans in suits to show up pretending to count and apportion the proceeds while thinking everyone is an idiot for not understanding their retarded charts and forecasts. Maumbwa sana hio watu.
