It gladdens me seeing all those who were looting under the guise of protesting being charged with robbery with violence. We are a country of law and order. we cannot allow criminal elements to destroy the businesses of other kenyans. It is worth noting that these looters-at least majority of them- are from one tribe. quite telling.
Let them face the consequences of their actions. i saw some of those wimps weeping as they wait to be booked at Industrial Area remand. watajua kenya sio ya mama zao.
And i dont know why kagege @Landlord is missing there yet he was seen carrying a soyana woofer that he couldnt certainly have bought. Nowadays, his neighbors can sleep because the kagege plays loud music throughout the night. He needs to explain where he got a sayona from. Heck, he even has a new girlfriend- a local mboch- won over by this looted sayona. they spend their nights dancing to idiotic mungiki songs while shouting wantam.
@banyakagege they should now go to kisum city and charge the looters with robbery with violence. The law should be applied equally. There is no separate law for jaruos and another for okuyos.
Robbery with violence must involve someone being beat up. For each accused, a victim has to be presented. English law is not familiar with collective punishment. They will have to prove each count for each individual person charged. It’s a waste of time
