Following up after interviews doesn’t help. You might end up messing your chances. Be patient, keep hustling for other opportunities and because if they want you they’ll contact you.
In this case they said they would call him on a specific day and they havent
Ukubwa wako clearly ni treasurer ya chama ya wamama.
If not, unasaidianga mathe kupika mandazi njaa njaa tym mathe anaexpect jumuia ya church or meeting ya wamathe
Arghh, matako
Unanisumbua
Relax, if they said they will call you ni sawa but kama ni job poa then follow up with a phone call but, you must approach it in a very clevery way.
Kuna makosa yametendeka hapa. Sijui ni gani but hapa pana makosa
If they need him they will call him. Period! Further follow up will only expose how needy the candidate is and if successful it will put him at a disadvantage when negotiating his package.
It’s perceptions here. Follow up also shows he pays attention to details and follows up on projects. He doesn’t call and they might take it that he lacks passion and he doesn’t speak out preferring to suffer in silence. Of the two I would rather risk with the call.
Let them look for you dont look for them, calling them is a sign of desperation

Thanks guys i will risk & call him on Friday. But i was wondering how come employers do this i.e call u for an interview then tell you they will call u back at a specific date but they dont?Is it a lack of HR protocol or just pure complacency bcoz i know of buddies who went through the same predicament & sum got while others just lengad.
Friday mtu amefunga weeky and will most likely tell you to check next week. it will be the same cycle. Anyway, your decision
Hujai kua desperate for a job wewe!
