Now from your advice,i called the director jana & talked to him tactfully.Says he remembers me very well from the interview last week.Dude says they are candidates who will join the company mid Sept & others in early Oct & says he will call me after lunch jana but he didnt call.He does not say whether i was hired or i was unsuccessful. Ktalkers whats wrong with guy??
If I were you, I would just forget about the whole thing and even go further and delete his number and any other form of his contacts I may posses. As in Move the fuck on
Even maybe there was intense lobbying from his pals to hook them or their pals, chics that job.Damn is this the way employers do their interviews?Waste of my time & money remembering he told that he saw that i have a one month notice so he told me he may fix me mid sept.I think i will stop job hunting & go 2self employment!!
@ricko let me tell u something u don’t know, there is nothing fulfilling like self-employment /enterprinuer .You get satisfaction, peace of mind and inevitable unlimited growth.
Not everyone was meant to be an employee.
And not everyone was meant to be self employed. Starting your own business is difficult especially if you don’t have capital or a good business idea. Majority of small businesses fail within the first few years. It’s not a walk in the park as you are trying to make it seem.
Vile umeambiwa hapo juu. If they were giving you the job he would want you to stop further job search by telling you nailed it. Don’t call again accept and move on
It’s likely you didn’t get that job and the guy thinks that by not calling you will get the hint.
Move on and go for other jobs/opportunities. Try and engage in a productive activity as you continue with your job search. It could be as basic as helping in a cyber, selling software, merchandising, business in the line of your study…lakini usikae jobless corner
@mona_lisa i agree, but do u know most of the successful enterprinuers had failed in there previous business ventures before striking gold.
Nothing is easy in this world, but u have to be smart always and never forget to involve your creator.
FYI business is never meant for the faint hearted.
No biggie there, don’t take it personally. I used to have the same problem but I at some point I started overcoming my fear of failure by approaching girls and generally getting out of my comfort zone and things have never been the same. Just keep pushing and know that you have to fail before you can succeed and that failure is perfectly human
