JKIA has been named as the best Airport in Africa. Do you guys agree!?
Here is a sneak preview of what it looks like inside
I agree. But we mus all unanimously agree that a bowl of ndengu will lead you to trouble in @PHARMACY s hut in kitui. He was seduced with a bowl of mbaazi by one ndingi during the 1994 famine
Which JKIA is this? Nilikuwa hapo 10 days ago. Na ukipata ni siku ya flight ya New York, utapiga line 2 hours kwa check in counters.
Compar3d to other airports like pale mzansi 2hrs ni kidogo sana
Why would that be?
I thought one can even check in online…
Not true - it is hot, stuffy and has smelly washrooms. The entry will see you use a bus, walk on the tarmac, take three flights of stairs before meeting disinterested immigration staff from Chemolingot and clueless port health! Then wait an hour for your luggage. Ethiopia’s Bole or Cairo are much better.
Aaaih!!! Is it such bad!? Really!?
Manze, people are flying everyday. Watu wamejiweza basi kaa airports ziko operational na ndege zinapaa. Na me hapa nashindwa mbona donda anaavoid eye contact na ako na change yangu.
True. Kwanza hio flight ya NewYork is stressful to everybody. Hio route KQ inategemea
Hii stori ya bus inasinya sana…alafu last week hata trollies hakuna…and if it happens that more than 3 aeroplanes have just landed be sure to leave the place after an hr…Kenyan immigration line will be a kilometre long alafu kwa luggage upatane na mess ingine
This was worse when landing immediately when travel was allowed after the Covid travel showdown.
They had only 2 people down there checking the Covid QR codes. The lines were long as hell. After which lining up for immigration. Combined that took close to 3 hours and then looking for luggage. It was a horrible experience.
