Did whoever crafted this law know there’s something called point of no return? Even airplanes taxiing for takeoff must lift off the runway after the speed hits V1, no buts, no aborting😆
I don’t know why intelligent people make obviously ridiculous laws. I recall Martha Karua once advising legislators to remember any law they make could one day be used against them…Oh, did I say intelligent people make the laws?
The guy has three very serious court cases.
- Undressing a woman in public.
- Sharing the undressed womans photos (private parts) via social media against the computer misuse act.
- Gender based psychological violence.
The guy is finished. Kaput. Finito. Kwisha.
That guy is very stupid. Why was he even recording her. Should have deleted video immediately after, if there was a candid reason. Very stupid guy. Let him spend a few days in remand.

In a perfect world , Laws are made by consensus.
In other words By the People and for the People.
Sadly , over time , this function was usurped by Politicians , the Judiciary and Parliament .
And very often without public participation.
Thus we end up with Laws and Ordinances that work for certain interests instead f the common Good. ![]()
Nilichukulilia tuala a brief hiatus, will be back soon.
Fry maini ya binadamu apo pore pore ghaseer.
What caught my eye in that clip wasn’t even the interaction itself. Two adults vibing in a club is normal.
The lady looked comfortable with her person and they seemed familiar with each other.
There was no chaos, no resistance, just their moment.
The part that threw me off is when the guy decided to record and upload it.
If someone you care about has had a few drinks, the instinct should be to cover them, not content them.
Someone can be okay with the moment, but completely unaware of the audience you’re about to give them online.
That club moment was private until the upload made it public.
The “scandal” didn’t happen in the club — it happened on the internet.
There’s a huge difference between enjoying a moment together and putting that moment out for strangers to dissect.
Not everything intimate or unfiltered needs the timeline.
Sometimes the most respectful thing you can do is put your phone away and just be present.
