The marketplace itself is okay in terms of linking buyers and sellers, but there is a very high number of unscrupulous sellers and the company has either failed or been unwilling to address this issue. As an example, a seller with reviews such as the one shown below would warrant at least some action in my opinion.

If you are a buyer, always check the reviews section to get an idea of the seller you intend to transact with.
