Is Barack HUSSEIN Obama…the Imam Mahdi?

Is Barack Obama the “promised warrior” coming to help the Hidden Imam of Shiite Muslims conquer the world?

The question has made rounds in Iran since a pro-government Web site published a Hadith (or tradition) from a Shiite text of the 17th century. The tradition comes from Bahar al-Anvar(meaning Oceans of Light) by Mullah Majlisi, a magnum opus in 132 volumes and the basis of modern Shiite Islam.

According to the tradition, Imam Ali Ibn Abi-Talib (the prophet’s cousin and son-in-law) prophesied that at the End of Times and just before the return of the Mahdi, the Ultimate Saviour, a “tall black man will assume the reins of government in the West.” Commanding “the strongest army on earth,” the new ruler in the West will carry “a clear sign” from the third imam, whose name was Hussein Ibn Ali. The tradition concludes: “Shiites should have no doubt that he is with us.”

In a curious coincidence Obama’s first and second names–Barack Hussein–mean “the blessing of Hussein” in Arabic and Persian. His family name, Obama, written in the Persian alphabet, reads O Ba Ma, which means “he is with us,” the magic formula in Majlisi’s tradition.

No he’s not

Why do you treat the Quran as inspired?

Do you believe it’s prophecies to be true? If you do, how do you justify ignoring everything else in there?

If you belive the text is false… how do you then use it to inform your eschatology?

Very curious about how you merge biblical and Islamic text…

Is there anything special about the Islamic faith here, or would the reading of Mayan prophecies equally find room?

Ruto is the expected one.
Pure crap

The fcuk is wrong with mordern christians ?

I used to wonder the same. Kindly watch the video below, it will blow your mind. The Quran, Surah and Hadith are definitely inspired by Allah, who is Satan.
You know we have never really answered the Ishmael question conclusively. Ishmael was the seed of Abraham, and Abraham is the founder of our faith. We cannot just wish his seed away because there’s an underlying message in there. There are close to 2 billion Muslims today, second largest religion after Christianity. What happens to them? What is Islam all about? Most Christians choose to ignore Islam (for good reason) because Christianity can hold its own, but Islam is obsessed with Christianity. Why? What is this war between Isaac and Ishmael, and its representation in the paradigm of grace vs works?

@messiahette you’ve confused me even more. If you believe it’s demonic, why then do you use the text to inform so much of your eschatology?

Why is it that the text is SO CENTRAL to your end time beliefs?

It’s good to be informed just to realize how great this battle is. There are parallels too between our Holy Text and the Qu’ran & Hadith.

For instance when the 1st seal is opened in Revelation 6, the first horseman, the antichrist, rides a white horse. This is interesting because the Mahdi will appear on a white horse. He will deceive many, which dovetails perfectly with the first 3.5 years of the Tribulation when the antichrist will practice high-level deceit, making the Jews believe that he is their messiah. Then the second seal is opened in Revelation 6:2, and a red horseman appears, and he was given a great sword. The sword is very symbolic in Islam, infact Islam is a religion of conquest: convert or die. The Imam Mahdi in this next act will reveal his true face, break the covenant with the Jews and launch a global jihad for a global caliphate. It will be global. Revelations 13:7 , “and there was given to it to make war with the saints, and to overcome them. And authority was given to it over every tribe and people and tongue and nation.”
This is another reason why a post tribulation rapture doesn’t fit with the scriptures. No saint of God, either Jew or Gentile, will survive (in the flesh), the wrath of the antichrist. So if every saint dies, then how come Paul is saying in 1Corinthians 15:51, “Listen, I will tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed.”

Being informed also makes you a more effective proselytizer to Muslims (although you have to be wise otherwise you can quickly land yourself in deep trouble).

But you’re not treating it as informational… you’re treating it as instructional. I am very familiar with Islam but it doesn’t inform my interpretation of scripture.

If you were familiar with the history of Islam you’ll know why there are parallels to the holy text.

And to suggest no saint of God will survive the antichrist isn’t scriptural…

Your understanding of end times is birthed by a merger of the Holy text and Islamic text (which you consider demonic). You’re treading on dangerous ground.

It’s the blueprint of many a cult. The TEXT is HOLY and sufficient. It has all the information you need. You don’t go beyond what’s written in the HOLY TEXT as a command of GOD
