Gachagua can’t be muzzled by anything or anyone.
He cannot be muzzled that one has already been confirmed. He talked himself out of a constitutionally protected position. Obviously it is Uhuru that nominated the CSs. That is one of the steps to put more distance between the Kenyattas and Gachagua.
