Claude Nsumbu Makola AKA Nsumbu Lengi Lenga was a founder member of Zaiko Langa Langa and an accomplished Composer , Vocalist and Dancer .
He was born in Kinshasa DRC on 16th August 1954 to Joseph Samba Makola Buamutala and Suzanne Fulani Benazo.

He accompanied Zaiko Langa Langa on their higly successful tours of Africa , Europe and Asia.
He was a Zaiko band member from 1975.
He passed away on 25th May 1998 at the age of 44 Years.
“Muvaro” and “Kamango” are among his many famous compositions and he is credited with the invention of “Zekete Zekete” and “Zeka Luketo” dance styles often performed by Zaiko Langa Langa.
He would also accompany the band’s “Atalaku” Marius Ngiabi in enchanting “Sebene’s” and stage shows .
