I love the statistics of this cattle breed

the Beefmaster.
composition, 25% Hereford, 25% Milking shorthorn and 50% Brahman.
cows weigh an average of 790kg, and can start reproducing @14months, and can give birth annually .
calves at birth weigh approximately 35kg , and have a weaning weight of 231 kg.
they produce decent amount of milk, rich milk and high quality leather.
4th largest beef producing cattle in the US.
bulls weigh an average weight of 1100kg and 1200kg live weight, which means the carcass weight is 715kg to 780kg, and they can start to reproduce at 14 months.
Beefmaster is one of the easiest way to start a commercial herd.

Bonsmara Cattle are also good.

Ok. Now look up the maintenance statistics to get it up to slaughter size.

Beefmaster, Bonsmara, Senepol, Brahman, Nelore, almost all Italian breeds, i.e. Romagnola, Chianina, Marchargian and Peidmontese. Will do well in areas with poor pasture and that are hot, have some level of disease resistance and mature very fast with good weight .
Beefmaster weaning weight is 231kg on average, that is at 7 months , fully matures at 24 months.
At 24 months, with proper nutrition and feeds, bulls weigh around 1200kg and females 800kg.
For me, Bonsmara and Beefmaster are the easiest way to build commercial herds and be profitable.

You should focus on the locally tried and tested boran cattle.

Boran is a solid breed, but then, it takes long to mature, and when in the feedlot, accumulates lots of fat.
Been thinking of boran heifers, crossing them with a fast maturing breed.
