Decision to ban PSV’s on the expressway will have to be reversed at some point.

The expressway loan has to be paid and a single PSV could use it many times a day, multiply that with several hundred PSV’s and that money that can not be ignored because of 2 or 3 reckless PSV drivers.

Instead of cleaning the hooliganism in psv, they punish those who can’t afford to buy a car. Why not vet the psv drivers who can be allowed to use it.
