That’s one paragraph rich with vitriol, hehe. However noble the plan is, it’s a case of tryig to run before you can crawl. You need a serious, smooth and generally level road infrastucture in place first (get rid of awkward corners, bumps, uneven and cracked roads, rough hills and potholes), and cultivate a sane driving culture, long before you can dream of electric vehicles running on cables–or it will become just another white elephant.
