Past 10pm and before 8am is the riskiest time to trade unless you are holding a position taken in between those hours. Very low volatility!

Look at this example of EURUSD. There is very little movement before 8am in the marked area. It would be better to wait for a time when the big participants are in and align yourself in their direction.

I normally wait 30 minutes or so for the bottom feeders to get their 1GB trades. then get in when the price is more stable. Learnt my lesson on NSE with mungich stock suspensions.. -95% and I’m still standing.
