Are you a landlord or own your house, how long did it take you to reach that stage and have you returned your investment?
@ wakanyama ni landlord ngojea akupe jibu
@Wakameat ni Santa Fe Rancher
tenant would love to hear their story
their is pride in owning a house,we don’t take it as an investment,zile za tenant inaligana ziko wapi,tenant are choosy na hawana yao or know how much a kilo of nails costs
I have an open space that I rent out as garage/parking space, does that make me a landlord
A residential house is actually not an investment. Bt the fact that no rent gives u peace and also a chance to invest your money elsewhere. Having a return of your money is the most viable thing. My take - if u can, start with building something that can give u returns then later build your house without borrowing. A friend of mine chose to go this way while I chose to start with my residential. She built her residential hse with returns from her commercial with so much ease within 3 months, mind u she never exhausted her income. Either way though, you will be there.
this is info that will cost you.
if you want to get it right,i used to be a landbroker
This is the Internet, anyone can own anything they fancy. Enough said.
The truth is that returns on real estate are very low as compared to other forms of investments and you are
better off doing something else with your money if you expect a speedy return on your stakes.
But then again real estate is the most stable form of investment, you can never go wrong when it comes to real estate, you will always get a profit at the end of the year no matter how small the profit is.
Another thing you need to consider is that land will always appreciate in value, demand for land will always be huge, selling off your piece of land can be a very profitable venture.
Mimi sio landlord na sio tenant back home. Though niko na kathingira huko muchatha. Soon and maybe soon nitakuwa my own landlord/tenant huko kitengela wamaasai wakiacha hio upuuus wako nayo sai
