I’m in the market for a budget sound system ranging 30,000ksh-40,000ksh willing to go the home theater way preferably 1000watts, Dolby Atmos, proper surround sound I think sound bars are over rated.
Which is the best device elders can recommend and in which store can I buy one. @Dr. Kerre(PhD) kindly keep off this thread.
Dolby Atmos for standalones at a Budget of 40K?!
For reference am using Minx Min 12 for Overheads and the buggers cost me like 20K. Hapo hujaweka receiver and speakers.
Remember for atmos to work you require 5.1.2 i.e
5 Speakers: 2 Front Speakers, 1 Center Speaker, 2 Satellite Speakers.
I’ll be honest I’m daft in matters of sound can’t really describe myself as an audiophile had to google minx min 12.
But I’m familiar with the receiver and library speaker route that’s rather expensive which I’d be willing to invest in the longrun. All I’m in the market for is a mid range sound system.
At that budget usiumwe na kichwa just get a HTIB, the normal sony DZ series will just do fine. Hizi ziko kila mahali you don’t need recommendation hapa.
I bought a sony dav dz350 in 2020 @25k, a fine sound system for music and movies, I would recommend
lakini sahii nashangaa imefika 30-40k pale jiji?! https://jiji.co.ke/search?query=sony dav dz350
At your budget range you can get the dz650 with tallboy speakers but there is no difference in output with the dz350
