Yep, the very village Architect. Ni kama alisahau password vile kijiji ilipewa update.
Nilijenga zamani kidogo but Architect was 80k, Structural engineer 40k. Kanjo approvals was like 76 k.

Do they charge like a percentage of total cost ama fixed upfront fees

It is a two floor mansion that i currently reside in. Architecture costs vary and are mainly pegged on individual firms. Before i settled on my architect i met quite a number, some were drunks charging as low as 30k while other more serious guys set you back 300-600k.
