Today jog didn’t go well.My calfs were still aching.However I decided to walk,then met a colleague,we chit chatted,then i continued,my app failed at some point.
Anywho that is how i burnt two hrs of my Monday.
Now anyone who knows how i can deal with the calves issue once and for all.Deep heat is not doing the magic as fast as i would lile it to.
Recommendation of a better app that doesn’t go to sleep and can be configured to change from running to walking mode.Nike run is good for running only.
