Mbele ya Hakimu Jackline Rugemalila,wakili wa serikali,Monica Ndakidemi,alidai kuwa mtuhumiwa alitenda kosa hilo Novemba 18 mwaka jana eneo la Kawe Bondeni wilayani Kinondoni.

Ndakidemi alidai kwamba mtuhumiwa alitenda kosa hilo kisha kumsababishia maumivu makali wakati akitambua kwamba ni kinyume cha sheria za Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania.

Mtuhumiwa alikana kutenda kosa hilo na upelelezi wa shauri hilo bado unaendelea.

Kesi hiyo imeahirishwa hadi Februari 2 mwaka huu na mtuhumiwa alirudishwa mahabusu kwa kushindwa kutimiza masharti ya dhamana.
