Handling some project for a hotel pale Google review. some staff members were fired over gross misconduct wakaform different emails to post negative reviews..The comments are just crazy..If you are into serious hotel business, then you know how Google reviews are important to the business
That shouldn’t be a big problem if you are providing real value. The negative reviews should effectively be countered with positive reviews from real customers.
It’s a 5 star hotel btw..I have noticed these hotels are very careful even on the slightest public damage..They have even invaded TripAdvisor
They have a opportunity to respond. They can counter any fabricated stories:

A campaign of negative reviews is bad and will take a significant effort and some resources from your end. A single individual can post 10 negative reviews to counter a single genuine one. These are also ex employees, they know how to make it look genuine like a disgruntled customer. Also how often does your business actually get reviews from customers? This is not as easy as you think.
Hence my theory that if you focused on providing real value to your customers, it will help your situation coz there is so much you can do about malicious people out there. Hata competitors wako wanaweza fanya hio ukasongo. Methinks you should worry about what you can control.
