He MAY have a valid point but his communication opens the door to a lot of criticism.
First, the use of the word “secret” is wrong because the public is aware that such a project is underway.
Secondly, he ought to make it clear if he is concerned about the ksh6.8 billion or the dangers posed to the environment.
If his concern is the financial bit, let him produce evidence to prove the money is going to waste.
If his concern is on the environment, let him produce the environmental assessment report indicating the same.
He should also make it clear why he agreed to unveil the project in 2012 and what has changed since then.
