I wonder whether Africans can have such a strong political organisation. Germany was out of recession and would become the world’s strongest nation in 5 years. But Hitler owned nothing personal, did not have children, and willed all his belongings to the state at the time of his death. It takes such people.

Hitler had some very effective Lieutenants like Goebbels, Himmler, Hess et al. who were effective in their roles. Lakini Mengele was a monster.
